Terms and Conditions — 56zk Platform

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 56zk platform, creating a player account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the 56zk platform.

These terms apply to every aspect of the 56zk platform including sports betting, live casino, bingo, promotions, the VIP programme and all customer support interactions. They apply to all players regardless of location, device type or how the platform was accessed.

56zk reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email where possible.

02 Account Registration

To use 56zk you must register a player account. Registration is free and open to anyone who meets the eligibility requirements below. You may not use the platform, place bets or access promotions without a registered and verified account.

Eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address and contact details.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 56zk account.
• You must be registering for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.

56zk may request identity verification documents at any stage including during registration, before processing a withdrawal or at any point during your account's activity. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure. 56zk will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately.

03 Deposits and Payments

All transactions on 56zk are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits can be made using the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and other mobile wallets or payment cards as may be available at the time of deposit.

• Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed within the Deposit section of your account.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned where possible.
• 56zk does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds deposited into your 56zk account are held as a credit balance for the purpose of betting and gaming on the platform only.
• Deposited funds that have not been subject to any wagering activity may be withdrawn subject to the standard verification process.

56zk is not a financial institution and does not offer interest on account balances. Deposit funds should only be amounts you are comfortable using for gaming and entertainment purposes.

04 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The player's account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• There must be no pending bonus wagering requirement attached to the balance being withdrawn.
• Withdrawals are processed in PKR only.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the Withdrawal section of the platform.
• VIP members at Platinum tier and above benefit from increased withdrawal limits and priority processing times.
• 56zk reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts.

Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfers. Specific timelines are displayed in the Withdrawal section of your account. 56zk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers once a withdrawal has been approved on our end.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

56zk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, PSL and cricket season specials and VIP-exclusive rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Wagering requirements for each specific offer are stated clearly on the Promotions page.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully completed.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player. It is not possible to claim the welcome bonus on a second account.
• 56zk reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games and bet types as specified in the individual offer terms. Using bonus funds on excluded markets will not count towards the wagering requirement.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses through strategies such as low-risk betting across multiple outcomes, account duplication or collusion will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the timeframe stated in the individual offer. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are removed from the account balance automatically.

56zk runs dedicated promotions around major cricket events including PSL, T20 internationals and other Pakistan cricket fixtures. These promotions will be listed on the Promotions page when active and are subject to the same general bonus conditions above plus any event-specific terms stated alongside the offer.

06 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on 56zk, including cricket, PSL, T20, football, esports and any other sporting market available on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 56zk does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• Odds are subject to change at any time up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of a match being postponed, abandoned or voided, bets will be settled according to 56zk's standard settlement rules which are published within the platform's betting rules section.
• Live in-play bets are processed in real time. Network delays or technical interruptions on the player's side do not constitute grounds for bet cancellation.
• Maximum bet limits apply on certain markets. These limits are displayed when placing a bet and may be adjusted at 56zk's discretion.
• 56zk reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where an obvious pricing error has occurred. Players will be notified and stakes returned.
• Winnings from sports betting are credited to the player's main account balance in PKR and are available for withdrawal subject to standard verification conditions.

Cricket markets on 56zk cover PSL fixtures, bilateral series, T20 World Cup and other international competitions. Markets may include match winner, top batsman, total runs, method of dismissal and other specialised options depending on the fixture. Market availability varies by match and competition.

07 Live Casino and Bingo

The 56zk live casino section includes real-dealer table games operated by third-party providers. The bingo section operates dedicated game rooms with scheduled sessions. The following terms apply to both sections:

• All games are governed by the rules of the individual game type as displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules before participating.
• Technical malfunctions during a game session will be handled according to the specific game provider's published policies. In cases of genuine system failure, affected rounds may be voided and stakes returned.
• Live casino and bingo games may not be available during scheduled maintenance periods. 56zk will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance in advance.
• Bonus funds may or may not be eligible for use in live casino and bingo games depending on the terms of the specific bonus. This will be stated clearly in the individual offer conditions.

08 VIP Programme

56zk operates a five-tier VIP programme — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative wagering activity over a defined period. The specific thresholds for each tier are published on the VIP page of the platform.

• Weekly PKR cashback is the core benefit of the VIP programme. Cashback rates increase with each tier, from 5% at Bronze up to 25% at Diamond.
• VIP benefits including cashback, withdrawal limit increases and personal account managers are subject to the player maintaining activity levels appropriate to their current tier.
• Tiers are reviewed on a rolling basis. Players who do not maintain the minimum activity level for their current tier may be moved to a lower tier in the following review period.
• VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the account to which they are assigned.
• Personal account managers are available from Platinum tier upward. Account managers are available to assist with queries, promotions and account management — they are not able to override these terms or platform policies.
• 56zk reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, tier thresholds and benefit levels at any time. Changes will be communicated to affected players in advance where possible.

09 Responsible Gaming

56zk is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. We believe that online betting and casino gaming should be an enjoyable activity conducted within personal limits — financial, time-based and emotional.

• Deposit limit controls are available in every account and can be set on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders can be configured to notify you after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion options allow players to temporarily or permanently restrict access to their account. A self-exclusion request will be processed within 24 hours. During self-exclusion, no new bets may be placed and marketing communications will be suspended.
• Reality check notifications are available to help players track their gaming activity and spending over time.

If you feel that your gaming activity is no longer within your personal control, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool or to contact our support team directly. Gaming should always stay within your means and your chosen time boundaries.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

56zk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Operating multiple accounts on the platform.
• Attempting to abuse, exploit or circumvent bonuses or promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match fixing, use of automated bots or other unfair advantage.
• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested identity or payment verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Conducting or attempting to conduct any activity that 56zk reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or harmful to the platform or other players.

In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. Where closure is initiated by the player for personal reasons or responsible gaming purposes, any real money balance (excluding active bonus funds) will be returned through the player's verified withdrawal method after standard verification.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily can do so by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

11 Privacy and Data

56zk collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. A full explanation of what data we collect, how we use it and your rights regarding that data is available on our Privacy Policy page.

• Personal data is used primarily to manage your account, process transactions, verify identity and provide customer support.
• 56zk does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Account activity, betting history and transaction records are retained for a period consistent with standard platform record-keeping requirements.
• Players may request a copy of their personal data or request correction of inaccurate data by contacting the support team.

12 Changes to These Terms

56zk may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For significant changes, we will attempt to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the 56zk platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact the support team to arrange account closure.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. 56zk is not liable for any loss or disadvantage resulting from a failure to review updated terms.
